This exhibition follows the relationship between humans and other animals from the very beginning to this day. Everything starts with the introduction where various real life objects named after animals are presented. The idea was to show how animals are deeply rooted in our every day lives. After the introduction, the story starts with first hunting experiences and domestication. After, we follow the progress of the hunting and domestication in Croatian countryside around 18th and 19th c. Here we see not only how humans treat domesticated animals but also development of various beliefs related to animals. Animal is shown not only as a source of labour force, food and material but also as a well respected being on which humans depend. Next part of the exhibition shows the consequences of the industrialisation where animals are shown as a pure source of food and material. The last part shows human-pet relationship. Beside the exhibition itself, Maji also created visual identity for this exhibition which was applied on promo materials, catalogue, tickets, souvenirs and signage system.
